  It was announced today that a new music download portal will offer music for free. Apparently, SpiralFrog, will be supported by adverts and it is backed by Vivendi Universal.

  Surely, there will be some catch? A Digital Entertainment Destination is the site’s tagline and that, on the other hand, suggests that it’s not only going to be music that’s on offer.
